  2. JOINT AND MUTUAL WILL

  4. Harold H. Husband and Wilma W. Wife-Husband, do hereby publish our
  5. last will and testament: 
  6.  
  7. ARTICLE I 
  8.  
  9. We declare that we are husband and wife. 
  10.  
  11. ARTICLE II 
  12.  
  13. We revoke all former wills and codicils made by either or both of 
  14. us. 
  15.  
  16. ARTICLE III 
  17.  
  18. We give to one another all the rest, residue and remainder of our 
  19. property of any kind whatever, including property held now and 
  20. property that we may be entitled to in the future.

  22. ARTICLE IV 
  23.  
  24. In the event that we die in a common disaster, or within 15 days 
  25. of one another, we give the rest, residue and remainder of your 
  26. property of any kind whatever, including property now held and 
  27. property that we may be entitled in the future:

  29. Karen and Kevin Wife-Husband, share and share alike 
  30.

  32. ARTICLE V 
  33.  
  34. We appoint the survivor of us to act our personal representative, 
  35. and direct that they shall serve without bond. In the event that 
  36. we die in a common disaster or within 15 days of one another, we 
  37. appoint Uncle Wiggly to act as our personal representative, who
  38. shall  also serve without bond.

  40. ARTICLE VI

  42. We declare that this mutual will is not made pursuant to any 
  43. special agreement that such provisions have been made in 
  44. consideration of the other one of us similarly providing, and 
  45. each of us reserve to ourselves, severally, the right to revoke 
  46. this will in any event without notice.

  48. Revocation by one party shall render this will null and void.

  52. The failure to list anyone as a beneficiary herein is
